- General Track: Standard access to Aerial, Hatha, and Vinyasa flow classes for non workshop attendees.
Studio & Equipment
- Props: Full usage of studio mats, chairs, and specialized props for supported poses.
- Instruction: Group setting with focus on alignment and relief techniques.

Why I Teach Yoga
For me, yoga is not just about doing poses – it’s a journey, or as we say, sadhana. I want you to feel at home, finding your own shanti (peace) in every class. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about showing up and making progress, bit by bit. We mix ancient yoga wisdom and practical wellness, so it feels real and doable.
What Happens in Class
Every session is meant to help you find balance:
- Asana (physical postures): I guide you through foundational and advanced poses, always keeping an eye on alignment and safety.
- Pranayama (breathwork): Breathing is key. I’ll teach you simple techniques to calm your mind and boost your energy.
- Guided meditation and mindfulness: We always take time for quiet reflection, helping you clear out mental clutter.
- Deep relaxation: Sometimes I include yog nidra (yogic sleep) for complete rest and tension release.
