About No-Gi Grappling & MMA
In No-Gi training, you cannot rely on grips to hold position. It forces you to get your technique tight because if your frame is loose, you lose control immediately. We drill these transitions until they are second nature, ensuring your grappling game is fast and technical, not just reliant on muscle.
Without the friction and handle of a Gi, the game changes. You have to focus on body positioning, underhooks, and space management. This is the heart of modern MMA, where sweat and speed make the difference between a submission and an escape.
At The Combat Lab, we strip away the traditional clutter and focus on what actually works in a live roll. We run daily sessions at our Vasant Kunj and Vasant Vihar locations, where you will train alongside active fighters. This isn't a place to hide in the back—everyone rolls, everyone drills, and everyone gets better.
Our curriculum covers everything from leg locks and wrestling-based takedowns to intricate guard passing. If you are training for a competition, we push the intensity. If you are here for self-defense or fitness, we focus on the fundamentals that keep you safe and effective.
We provide 1000+ sq ft of professional mat space, showers, and a culture that values showing up over everything else. Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced grappler, the mats are open. Bring your rashguard and some discipline, and we will handle the rest.
