About Grappling Arts: Wrestling, BJJ & Nogi
You will spend a lot of time on the mat, but this is not about rolling around casually. We treat every BJJ and wrestling session like a real combat situation. You will learn to control, takedown, and submit your opponent even when you are exhausted. If you think your cardio is good, wait until you start live rolling in our cage.
Modern MMA is won on the ground. At Fighting Choice, our grappling program is built to make you dangerous from every position. We focus on the high-percentage moves that actually work in a fight, not just theory.
The Curriculum
We cover the full spectrum of the ground game:
- Wrestling: We drill the fundamentals of the double-leg and single-leg takedowns. You will learn how to close the distance, secure the hips, and force your opponent to the floor.
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ): From guard passing to submission hunting, our BJJ classes focus on leverage and pressure. We teach both Gi and Nogi to ensure you are ready for any situation.
- Cage Transitions: This is where we separate ourselves. We don't just grapple on flat mats. We utilize our 16-20ft MMA octagon to teach you how to use the fence for takedowns, escapes, and wall wrestling.
Why Train With Us
Our training style is inspired by military discipline. It is intense, sweaty, and technical. You will drill sprawls until they become a reflex and work on submission chains until they become automatic. Whether you are prepping for a local competition or just want to toughen up your body, you will find a home here. We are the 1% who show up and work. If you are serious about becoming a complete fighter, step into the cage and put in the hours.
Fighting Choice
I built Fighting Choice to be more than a gym; it is where we train the next generation of warriors. When you join us, you are not just a member, you are part of Team FC Club. We grind, we sweat, and we win together.
