We do not separate classes based on status, because the best way to learn is to grapple with people at different levels. This is how you progress.
The Open Mat Culture
This is where we really bond. Our weekend open mat sessions are not just about extra training. They are for testing what you learned during the week, asking questions, and getting feedback from your training partners. If you are struggling with a specific move, you do not just figure it out alone. You ask, you drill it, and you get better. It is a space for real talk, sweat, and shared progress.
Where We Train
We operate out of Vasant Kunj and Vasant Vihar. We have built these spaces to be functional, with professional mats sanitized daily and an MMA cage at our Vasant Kunj headquarters. We do not care about fancy bells and whistles. We care about the work.
How to Join Us
If you are nervous, just walk in. Nerves are part of the game for everyone, even for our coaches when they started. We run fundamental classes for beginners and advanced sessions for those looking to compete. Grab a drop-in pass if you want to test the vibe, or talk to us about our monthly and quarterly memberships if you are ready to commit to the grind.
