About No-Gi Grappling & BJJ
We don't train for points; we train for the cage. Our sessions focus on the reality of MMA grappling, blending wrestling takedowns with No-Gi submissions that actually work when things get messy. - Cage Awareness: We utilize the cage to work on wall wrestling and defensive positioning, a critical skill often missed in traditional BJJ.
The 'Dawn Patrol' & Study Groups
Consistency beats intensity. We run our 'Dawn Patrol' study groups in HSR Layout and RT Nagar for those who want to get their work in before the day starts. It is a collaborative space where we review technique, discuss what worked, and help each other grow. You will see students teaching students here, which I believe is the absolute best way to solidify your knowledge.

While the Gi has its place, training without one forces you to rely on movement, frames, and precise technique rather than grips. It translates directly to MMA.
