About Schedules & Announcements
If you are eyeing a specific slot, remember we keep our class sizes manageable for better technique feedback, so check the latest schedule before dropping in. Our Friday and Saturday open mats are the best time to just show up, spar with the crew, and get a feel for the room without the pressure of a structured class.
Training Across Our Locations
We operate out of Vasant Kunj and Vasant Vihar, and we try to keep the training intensity consistent across both. Whether you are hitting the mat for a 7:30 AM Gi session or coming in for evening Muay Thai, the focus remains on fundamentals and live rolling.
How to Read Our Schedule
We run a mix of Gi, No-Gi, and MMA classes daily. If you are a beginner, look for the 'Fundamentals' or 'Beginner' tags. We intentionally mix pros and amateurs because we believe the best way to learn is to grapple with someone who has been doing it a little longer. If you have any trouble finding a class that fits your day, just shoot us a message.
Staying Updated
We occasionally tweak timings based on feedback or to accommodate pro-team training camps. If we move a session—like we did with the Women’s Self Defense class to Saturday evenings—it is usually to make it easier for more people to attend. Keep an eye on this page for those changes. We also post updates here whenever we launch new weekend seminars or host guest coaches.
Why We Train This Way
Our philosophy is simple: consistency beats intensity. If you can make it to two classes a week, stick to those consistently rather than burning out in one week and disappearing the next. Our facilities at both locations are equipped with professional mats and full shower access, so you can clean up and head straight to work or home after a roll.
