Learn to control, defend, and submit. We combine traditional Judo with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and No-Gi grappling to build a complete ground game for real-world application.

A fluid transition from an Anaconda choke attempt into a Juji Gatame (armbar). This video shows how we drill submission chains so you always have a follow-up attack.

A student applying a triangle choke during a No-Gi roll. The key is to control the opponent's posture and use the legs to create a powerful choke, a hallmark of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Securing a Kata Gatame, or head-and-arm choke. This submission relies on immense shoulder pressure and body positioning to force the tap, leaving the opponent with no room to escape.

A close-up view of a grappling exchange on the mat. This is where the battle for position and control happens, testing both physical endurance and mental strategy.

A demonstration of the Ude Gatame, a classic arm lock. This technique uses leverage to hyperextend the opponent's elbow, a fundamental submission in both Judo and BJJ.

Live sparring on the mats, where students test their skills in a controlled but intense environment. This is where theory meets reality and true learning happens.

A No-Gi sparring session showing a standing grappling exchange. Students learn to fight for underhooks and control the clinch to set up takedowns or submissions.

A Sumi Gaeshi takedown straight into a dominant ground position. This sacrifice throw is highly effective in BJJ and No-Gi grappling for transitioning the fight to the mat.

A fast-paced grappling roll in a No-Gi class. These sessions are designed to simulate the pace of a real fight, building cardio and sharpening reflexes.

Students locked in a 50/50 guard position. We teach both how to attack and defend from this complex position, which is common in modern BJJ competition.

About BJJ & No-Gi Grappling: The Ground Game

Grappling is not about brute strength. It is about solving a physical puzzle under pressure. Whether you are in the Gi or training No-Gi, you will feel the frustration of being pinned before you find the leverage to escape. That initial resistance is where your real training begins, and our coaches are there to show you that a technical fighter can always neutralize a larger opponent.
