Yoga, for me, is not just exercise—yeh toh zindagi ka ek hissa hai (it's a part of life). I see it as a way to connect mind, body, and soul, especially when done together with your family.

Yoga for Kids: More Than Just Flexibility

  • It’s not about crazy poses or being super flexible. I focus on mindfulness activities for kids so they learn how to handle stress and emotions, not just stretch their bodies.
  • For the little ones, I give personal guidance—whether it’s learning Chakrasana (Wheel Pose) or just sitting quietly. Safety first, always. No force, no pushing beyond limits.

Family Yoga = Bonding Time

  • My sessions for families are all about connecting, laughing, and making memories. Simple partner poses help everyone trust each other more.
  • Whether you want to join online from home or come to my Noida studio, I adjust to what suits your family's vibe. We offer both private and group sessions.

The Right Way Matters

  • Bahut log sochte hain (people often think) results come with just time, but technique is everything. When you focus on doing the pose correctly, that’s when you see real change.
  • I always say, seekh kar karo (learn before you do). I’ll make sure you’re practicing safe yoga for children and adults, with proper alignment and mindful attention.

My Story

People see my Mrs Global Universal crown, but what they miss is my own 'fat to fit' story. Yoga isn’t about twisting into a pretzel, yaar, it's about being okay with where you are. For me, yoga is my lifeline, my balance. My studio is my happy place, but real peace? That's at home, chai in hand, a book, kuch pal sukun ke (a few quiet moments). I surrendered to yoga, and it gave me everything.

It’s All About Technique - Yoga sahi tarike se seekho (learn it the right way). I focus on correct alignment so you feel real changes fast.

Yoga As A Whole System - We cover asana, pranayama, relaxation, Saatvik vegetarian diet, and meditation. Yoga is union, not just exercise.
