My Approach to Partner Yoga
You will not find competitive stretching here. My approach is rooted in safety and correct technique. If you are struggling with a pose, I provide manual adjustments and guide your partner on how to assist you without force. We break down complex movements into accessible steps, using props and breathwork to ensure everyone, regardless of flexibility level, feels supported.
