About Group Classes: Energy and Community
In my group classes, I keep the batch size strictly limited because your technique matters more than the number of people in the room. I walk around, correct your alignment, and ensure you are doing it the 'sahi tarika' (right way), whether it is a simple stretch or an intermediate asana.
Yoga is a personal journey, but practicing in a group brings a different kind of energy. My studio in Sector 104, Noida, is designed to be a safe, welcoming space where everyone from beginners to regular practitioners can grow together. We focus on a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa styles to improve flexibility, strength, and core stability.
When you join a group class here, you are not just another face in the crowd. I intentionally cap my batch sizes to ensure every student gets enough attention. We start with basics like breathing (Pranayama) and move into asana practice with a heavy focus on skeletal alignment. This is crucial—if you force a pose without the right form, you are just inviting injury instead of healing.
What makes our community special is the non-judgmental environment. People come here with different body types and experience levels. You will see students supporting each other, sharing their progress, and keeping the motivation high. Whether you are looking for relief from chronic pain or just want a consistent space for physical and mental fitness, these sessions provide the structure you need. We provide all the necessary props like mats, blocks, and straps, so you just need to bring your comfortable clothes and a willingness to learn.
