This is what a cardio and functional training session looks like. We use bodyweight exercises and partner drills to build real-world strength and endurance.

About Strength, Core & Conditioning
We don’t do isolation machines just for show. In this cluster, you'll see us using tractor tires, sledgehammers, and heavy bag work to build functional power that translates to real-world strength. Whether you are smashing through intense core circuits or grinding out pull-ups, the goal is always to build a body that can actually perform—whether you're training for the ring or just want to be stronger in daily life.
Build Like a Fighter
A fighter's engine is built here. My conditioning program at the Delhi Martial Art Academy in Tagore Garden goes beyond lifting heavy weights. It is about durability, explosiveness, and mental toughness. If you are just looking to count reps, this isn't the place. We train for outcomes.
Why This Matters
- Functional Strength: We focus on compound movements like deadlifts, squats, and tire flips. These exercises recruit multiple muscle groups, making you stronger in ways that matter—improving your posture, power, and overall athleticism.
- Core Stability: A weak core leads to injury and fatigue. Our core circuits are designed to be brutal but effective, ensuring you have the stability to deliver power in every punch or movement.
- Conditioning: MMA and kickboxing are high-intensity sports. My cardio drills, including bag work and sprint intervals, ensure your endurance doesn't fail you when the pressure is on.
Training Philosophy
Consistency is the only shortcut. We train barefoot on matted floors, mimicking the environment of a real fight camp. You will be working alongside people who share the same 'never-give-up' attitude. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or a pro—everyone starts somewhere, and everyone here earns their respect through sweat.
