As a coach, I watch every move. In my group sessions, I make sure everyone is working on their form and pushing themselves, while also feeling the energy of the team.

I lead by example. Here, I'm working the heavy bag to refine my own power and combinations. I believe a coach must practice what he preaches every single day.

You do not need prior experience to start, but you do need to be ready to work. We focus on technique first, whether you are picking up gloves for the first time or training for a competition. My sessions in Tagore Garden are structured to build endurance, teaching you proper stance, striking combinations, and defensive drills through focused pad work.

We train barefoot on matted floors, focusing on the fundamentals that actually work in the ring or on the street. My philosophy is simple: discipline, consistency, and hard work.
