At my center in Tagore Garden, there is no place for shortcuts. The videos you see here are a look at my daily routine. I firmly believe a coach should be a role model for the intensity he demands. When you train with me, you are not just doing a workout, you are learning the actual mechanics of combat sports. Whether it is heavy bag drills or controlled sparring, my method is simple: build a rock-solid foundation first, then layer on power and speed. I am strictly against steroids and shortcuts. Real progress comes from the same place mine does: thousands of repetitions, discipline, and showing up even when you do not feel like it. You will see me in these clips doing resistance band work, technical footwork, and conditioning that I expect my students to master.
