We do not do easy. In our group sessions, you are not just a face in the crowd, you are part of a team that holds you accountable. We train hard, sweat together, and build the discipline required to turn goals into reality.

About Group Training & Gym Vibe
You are not just lifting weights here. In our group class, you will rotate between intense heavy bag drills, technical pad work with me, and shadow boxing that sharpens your movement. It is high energy, and everyone here is committed to the grind, whether they are a pro or just starting out.
Most gyms give you a machine and walk away. Here, I personally supervise the floor to ensure your form is tight and your intensity is real.
The Training Environment
We train in Tagore Garden, Delhi, with a dedicated mat space where we leave excuses at the door. Our group sessions run 6 days a week, giving you the consistency you need to actually change your body and your fighting ability.
What You Can Expect
- Technique First: We cover Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai elements. You will learn how to throw clean punches, use your knees, and defend yourself properly.
- Conditioning: It is not just skill work. We use tractor tires, sledgehammers, and circuits to build a fighter's engine.
- The Team: Everyone here supports each other. When you are tired, the guy next to you on the heavy bag will push you to finish the round. That is the 'stronger than yesterday' culture we live by.
Practical Logistics
I keep the batches focused. You get access to morning (6:00 AM) or evening (5:30 PM) slots. After the session, you have access to the steam room to recover your muscles. We have valet parking available, so you do not have to worry about the chaos outside. This is a no-nonsense zone for people who actually want to work. If you are looking for a place to play around, this is not it. If you are looking to get better, you belong here.
