About One-on-One Pad Work & Striking

This isn't about aimlessly hitting mitts. During our sessions, I watch your footwork, your hip rotation, and your balance. If your jab isn't snapping back or your core isn't tight when you throw a roundhouse, you'll know immediately. We correct the mechanics right there, ensuring you build actual combat strength, not just sweat.
