Why I Started This
For years, people ask me, “Sandhya, aapke fitness ka raaz kya hai?” (what’s your fitness secret?). Honestly, it’s not shortcuts. It’s 23 saal ki tapasya (23 years of dedication) because I refused to believe that women must lose themselves after marriage or kids. My program is born from that stubbornness and real-life experience.
What Makes My Program Different
- Not just yoga, not crazy HIIT either. I mix Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Power) with bodyweight strength moves for a functional movement fitness program.
- You won’t find slow and boring here, but you also won’t be gasping for breath the whole time.
- Classes are high-energy, sometimes with Bollywood music, always with my “Jai Mata Di, Let’s Go!” vibe.

My Story
I spent 15 years chasing corporate goals, but honestly, I was just stuck, even battled postpartum blues. Covid made me rethink everything. My mom always said women’s health goes downhill after marriage and kids, but maine than liya tha (I was determined) to change that story. Now, after 23 years of simple habits, I’m healthier—and so is my mom! This isn’t just a job switch, it’s my dharma, my seva. Wife, mom, teacher—helping folks fall in love with movement. Hard work, but finally, I belong.

YogaFit with Sandhya - Movement & Wellbeing - I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga yoga, functional fitness yoga, core strength workouts, calisthenics, and stress management pranayama, both online and in-person.
