About this collection
Most people walk into a yoga class afraid of being the least flexible person in the room. In our sessions, nobody cares about your handstand or how straight your legs are. We are here for the energy and the community. You will find people here who are juggling kids, high-pressure corporate jobs, and weekend traffic just like you, which makes the hard work feel more like a fun catch-up session than a chore.
Why We Are Not Your Average Yoga Class
When I started YogaFit with Sandhya, I wanted to move away from the silent, intimidating gym culture I used to see. Here, we build functional strength for life, not just for Instagram. Whether you are joining my live online classes via Zoom from the US or coming to our Bangalore meetups, the goal is the same: to find joy in movement.
