Stop holding back because of fear. We break down complex inversions like headstands and handstands into safe, step-by-step progressions for real results.

My journey to mastering inversions was a process. It involved patience to overcome emotional releases, dedicated core strengthening, and trusting my teachers. In this video, I share the three key steps that helped me conquer my fear of going upside down.

Are you afraid of inversions? I've got your back. This video shows that when you are no longer afraid to do the things that used to scare you, you unlock a new level of confidence. I teach you how to face these fears head-on.

I conquered another layer of fear today! This was a huge milestone: doing a Tripod Headstand with a slow, controlled ascent and descent, with no wall support. This is proof that with consistent practice, you can achieve anything.

Your body whispers before it screams, and I don't wait for the scream. This crow pose (Bakasana) represents proactive strength. It's a reminder to listen to your body and build the power to handle life's challenges.

There is no substitute for hard work. This is me practicing Bakasana (Crow Pose) with a block for added challenge. The results will astound you, but you have to be willing to do the work.

It's frustrating, I know. But all good things take time. Whether it's a headstand or a peacock pose, be patient and stick to the process. The results will come to those who stay consistent.

Nothing worth having in life comes easy. Mayurasana (Peacock Pose) is a testament to that. It requires immense core strength, balance, and patience. This is the kind of skill we work towards in my program.

My journey to Mayurasana (Peacock Pose) eluded me for years, until one day it didn't. Now that the skill is unlocked, it's time to get better at it. This is what progress looks like.

Everyone needs a Guru. I am a student first, and I was able to achieve this complex bound pose only with the careful guidance of my teacher. This is why I believe in the power of good coaching.

I officially suck at this! And that's okay. This was an advanced class, and it showed me how much further I have to go. Being a student for life keeps you humble and hungry to learn.

About Advanced Skills & Inversions

Inversions aren't about ego; they are about understanding your limits and breaking them safely. I never ask you to jump into a headstand blindly. We work on your shoulder stability, core strength, and the mental fear factor using walls and props before we ever try the full pose. It is a slow, methodical process that keeps you safe while you get stronger.
