I didn’t stumble into fitness; I built it over 23 years. From 15 years in a corporate cubicle to finding my true calling, this is how I stay strong, sane, and satisfied without any fad diets or shortcuts.

This is what I did in my 30s to look like this at 40. It boils down to four things: clean eating, daily exercise, firm boundaries, and being content. I now help other women do the same through my YogaFit program.

I was unhappy for 15 years in the corporate world. I never felt like I belonged. Covid shook me out of my inertia, and I finally stepped down to follow my purpose in the world of yoga and fitness. It took me 15 years to discover happiness at work, and I have no regrets.

This is how I became a fit mom. I ate clean, moved my body every day, and started core training 3 months after my C-section. The basics never changed: stay active, eat mindfully, and exercise 4-5 times a week. My journey can be your inspiration.

These are my 5 non-negotiables for thriving in my 40s: daily movement, balanced home-cooked meals, regular health checkups, cycle-syncing my workouts, and drawing strict boundaries with toxic people. Which ones are yours?

Unapologetically 41. I am stronger, wiser, and freer than ever, living on my own terms. I am so grateful for good health, family, work, and the beauty of life itself.

No makeup, no filter, no botox, no fillers. And I'm 40. My secret is a yogic way of life: being mindful of what I put into my body and mind. I have no reason to hide my bare face. My intelligence, kindness, and fiesty spirit are enough.

Happy 40th to me! I'm adding life and joy to my years with yoga. It's not about stopping the clock, but about aging gracefully, with strength and vitality.

Proactive, not paranoid. Health is one of my top priorities, so I never take it for granted. I get annual blood tests done, and I urge everyone in their 30s to do the same. We get only one life, let's live it well.

Don't quit your job to become a yoga teacher if you're just looking for an escape. This path is a rigorous journey of Dharma, Karma, and Seva. It requires maturity, responsibility, and a willingness to face your own fears.

I'm living the life I dreamed of. From a stressed corporate professional to a fulfilled yoga teacher, I have no regrets and no complaints. It's a journey of transformation.

About My Journey & Fitness Philosophy

Being proactive about health shouldn't be about panic. I get my annual blood work done religiously, not because I'm sick, but because I want to know exactly what my body needs before a minor issue becomes a major problem. It’s the same logic I apply to my students: let’s fix the alignment and build the strength today so you aren’t battling an injury or burnout tomorrow.
