About this collection

My classes aren't pre-recorded videos you’ll watch once and forget. Everything happens live on Zoom, which means I’m watching your form, correcting your posture, and pushing you when you need it. Think of it as a personal training session, but with the energy of a supportive community where we actually know each other.

How My Classes Work

I know online fitness gets a bad rap—it can feel lonely or generic. But my program is different because it is interactive. Whether you are in the 2-day Weekend Mobility batch or the 6-day Comprehensive membership, you are getting coached.

  • Live Feedback: I monitor your alignment on camera. If your squat form is off or you need a prop adjustment, I tell you immediately. No guessing games.
  • The Mix: We move. It is not just slow stretching. I blend Hatha and Vinyasa flows with functional strength drills like squats, lunges, and core work to build real-world capability, not just flexibility.
  • For Every Level: Whether you are a complete beginner or looking for advanced progression on headstands and inversions, I provide scaling options. You don't need to be a gymnast to start.

Choosing Your Batch

We have a structure that fits your life, not the other way around:

  • Weekend Batch (Sat-Sun): Perfect for releasing desk-job stiffness with a focus on hip and shoulder mobility.
  • 3-Day Functional Series: A solid middle ground for those wanting a mix of strength and flow.
  • Daily Membership: The full package. HIIT, strength conditioning, recovery, and advanced skills training 6 days a week.
