I didn’t start yoga out of passion. I had a comfortable IT job, but I kept getting pulled back to the mat. This is the story of how that shifted from 'Information Technology' to 'Inner Technology'.

This Wipro employee ID is a snapshot from my past life in Information Technology. Now, I'm still in IT, but it's "Inner Technology". This shift reminds me that as long as you get on the mat and practice, you will know its value.

I took this picture near the Isha Yoga Center. My path to becoming a yoga teacher wasn't a planned career move. I simply got hooked on the practice and took a commitment to never quit. It's not about passion, it's about a natural process of living.

This is the reality of my daily sadhana. It's not always in a serene setting. It's about finding a corner and doing the practice, even if all you can do is sit. The body is a tool I can work with, and that's where I begin.

About My Journey: From IT to Inner Tech

I used to think yoga was just another task, or worse, a bit of 'mumbo jumbo'. But when I finally stopped treating it like a to-do list and started showing up—even on the bad days—the shift was real. You don't need to be naturally flexible or deeply spiritual to start; you just need to be willing to actually get on the mat.
