A safe, supportive space for women in South Bengaluru to learn yoga, address hormonal health, and find a routine that actually sticks.
I am starting a full month yoga program exclusively for women, held in person at my Bengaluru studio. This is a wonderful opportunity for women with no prior yoga experience to begin their journey in a comfortable and encouraging environment.
About In-Person Women's Yoga in Bengaluru
I keep these sessions small and intimate, specifically in South Bengaluru, so I can provide hands-on corrections and we can really focus on hormonal health without the rush of a crowded class.
When you are dealing with PCOS or just starting your yoga journey, a large, noisy class can feel intimidating. These sessions are different. We use traditional non-AC spaces at Natyalaya or Sthira Asthi to allow for natural ventilation and a grounding atmosphere.
The focus is on real results. We do not rush. We take the time to learn the techniques correctly, whether it is Surya Kriya or Angamardana, and I am right there to provide the physical corrections you need. Think of this as a safe zone where you can ask questions, share your struggles, and simply be yourself. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking for a way to manage hormonal health, we start slow, keep it consistent, and get it right together. Since these are in-person group sessions, you also get to be part of a community of women walking a similar path, making the shift to a daily practice much easier to sustain.
