Priyamvada, who we lovingly call 'advocate akka', shares her full four month journey. She talks about her initial struggles with Angamardana, her frustration with slow practices, and how consistent sadhana with Suryakriya and Yogasanas brought noticeable changes in her health and balance.

Vinay anna shares his experience from the weekend sadhana sessions. He explains how, despite being a regular practitioner for two years, the sessions helped him become aware of and improve in areas he was previously ignorant about. He describes it as an upgrade for his practice.
