Sharing a few thoughts as a new year begins. I'm so grateful for everyone who made the last year of Hatha Yoga classes possible. I'm looking forward to offering more sadhana sessions and full month programs to help you dig deeper into your practice.

Finding the balance between teaching sessions and maintaining my own sadhana is a constant learning process. When I wrap up a series of Angamardana or Surya Kriya classes, stepping back onto the mat for my own practice is what helps me stay grounded, and that is a reality I often share with my students in Bengaluru.
Teaching Hatha Yoga at studios like Sthira Asthi in Doddakallasandra is more than just a job; it is a way to share the practices that fundamentally shifted my perspective when I was still in the IT industry. Often, people ask how I keep up with the morning and evening batches while ensuring I don't burn out. The answer is simple: I don't sugarcoat the process. There are days when it feels hectic and days when it feels effortless, but the practice itself remains constant.
Whether you are joining an online Arogyam workshop or coming in-person to Kanakapura Road, the goal is always to make yoga a sustainable habit rather than a one-time activity. I have learned through my own journey that you do not need to be flexible or have a specific lifestyle to start. You just need to show up.
