I don't believe in separating 'yoga time' from the rest of my day. Whether I am volunteering for the Save Soil movement or attending a Bhoomi Pooja for the new Isha Yoga Center, these activities are an extension of my Sadhana. My approach is rooted in the traditional disciplines of the Isha Foundation. We do not use music or mirrors, and we do not chase trends. Instead, we focus on precision, body geometry, and breath. This approach ensures that you are not just exercising, but actually shifting your inner state.

Whether it is the 21-step Surya Shakti routine or the rigorous Angamardana system, these are designed to empower you to practice independently for life. I have seen this work change everything from a student’s focus at work to their mental calm in stressful situations, including my work with the Indian Army and Air Force.
