A typical morning class in our Bangalore studio. Participants are seen here in a preparatory posture for Surya Kriya. My focus is always on providing individual corrections and ensuring everyone is aligned correctly to get the most out of their practice.

Students holding Bhujangasana, or cobra pose, during a Yogasanas session. This posture is excellent for strengthening the spine, but precision is key. I guide everyone to engage their muscles correctly to build strength safely and effectively.

A short glimpse of me demonstrating a posture from the Yoga Namaskar sequence. This powerful 21 step process activates the lumbar region and strengthens the muscles along the spine, creating a foundation for a healthy and energetic life.

Participants practicing Nadi Shuddhi pranayama during a session. This breathing technique helps to balance the system and calm the mind. It is an essential part of our practice to prepare the inner environment for deeper states of meditation.

Two participants sitting in meditation after a practice session. The stillness that follows a Hatha Yoga practice is profound. Our space is designed to be a consecrated environment that supports this inward journey.

After a powerful morning session, we often share simple, healthy food like fresh fruit. This is part of the Anand Alai, or Wave of Bliss, creating a sense of community and shared experience that goes beyond the yoga mat.

About Our Practice Space & Group Sessions

Precision is the priority in our studio. Whether you are learning Surya Kriya or refining your Angamardana, I personally observe your movements to provide specific corrections. We keep batch sizes limited—between 10 to 20 participants—so you receive the attention needed to adjust your body geometry correctly, rather than just following along with a crowd.
