Yoga is more than just exercise for me. It’s a way to change how you feel inside and out, using ancient techniques that work no matter your background or lifestyle. I believe it’s all about how you do each posture, not just ticking off poses. Even holding a simple asana with awareness can shift your mind, mood, and energy.

No Frills, Just Practice

  • You don’t need fancy clothes or gear. Just show up with an open mind.
  • Not flexible? Doesn’t matter. That comes with time, not before.
  • Even 15-20 minutes of real practice can make a big difference.

Practices I Teach

I offer Classical Hatha Yoga in the Isha tradition. My sessions include:

  • Surya Kriya practice for overall health and inner balance.
  • Angamardana routines to boost physical and mental fitness.
  • Yogasanas for building strength and creating the right inner space.
  • Yoga Namaskar, a short but powerful series for your spine.

How You Can Join

  • Daily sadhana yoga classes (Monday to Friday) for steady progress.
  • Weekend group sessions to learn and connect with others (Sangha).
  • Correction workshops for improving technique, plus online options for anyone outside Bangalore.

Who Can Join

Anyone. Beginners who can’t touch their toes, or experienced folks wanting to refine skills - I have space for all.

My Support

I’m hands-on. I give individual corrections, answer questions, and help you figure out food and lifestyle that fit your yoga journey. If you miss days or lose track, just reach out. I’m here for you, not just on the mat but beyond.

My Story

People always ask, 'What do you want to become?' Honestly, my life’s a bit of a mix-up. Loved maths, became a programmer, but yoga? Never saw that coming. Trekking in the hills, chai in kulhad, lone walks, old drawings, Bharatanatyam... I find peace in small things. A sadhu once told me, 'yaad na rakho aapka.. sankalp chahiye' (don’t remember yourself… you need will). That stuck. Door un pahadiyon mein kuch to basta hai. Vahin mere sukoon ka rasta hai. (Something’s in those hills. That’s my way to peace.)
