Yoga for Kids in Anand Vihar
We make yoga fun and accessible for children. Through storytelling and playful movement, we help them build focus, balance, and healthy posture from a young age.

About Yoga for Kids
Kids have a lot of energy, so we keep these sessions fast-paced and story-driven rather than holding static poses for too long. We focus on building body awareness and correcting their posture, which is especially helpful for children who spend hours hunched over school desks.
Our classes are designed to be a healthy escape from school and screen time. We understand that children have different attention spans, so our 45-minute sessions are structured around fun drills. Instead of just doing a stretch, we tell a story, making it easy for them to learn poses like the Tree Pose or Chakrasana without feeling bored.
Why kids need this
We focus on three main areas:
- Posture: Many kids today spend significant time sitting at desks or carrying heavy bags. Our corrective drills help strengthen their back and neck muscles.
- Concentration: Through simple breathing techniques and basic Om chanting, we help them improve their focus.
- Physical Growth: We include gentle, supervised stretching to support healthy development and flexibility.
The studio environment
Safety is our priority. Our studio in Anand Vihar is fully climate-controlled with ACs, providing a comfortable space for physical activity regardless of the Delhi weather. We use floor-safe mats and provide all necessary props. The atmosphere is supportive, not competitive. Whether your child is naturally active or a bit shy, they will find a space where they can move, laugh, and learn at their own pace.
