Yoga is for everyone—from children learning focus to adults building strength. Join my inclusive sessions where the whole family can practice, heal, and grow together.

Our summer camp for kids is all about fun, movement, and learning. We incorporate yoga and exercises like wall sits to help them build strength and discipline in a playful environment.

It was a joy to celebrate International Yoga Day with these wonderful children from a local NGO. Teaching them yoga and seeing their enthusiasm was a truly special experience.

About Yoga for the Whole Family

I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, especially when the family is training together. In our sessions at the Shalimar Bagh studio, I personally guide both kids and adults so everyone gets the right posture correction, whether it is a child learning focus through games or an adult managing back stiffness.
