Hyrox Race Preparation
If you are looking for a serious challenge, our Hyrox program is for you. These sessions combine running with functional strength exercises to prepare you for the ultimate fitness race, building both endurance and power in a high energy, team-oriented environment.
Calisthenics & Bodyweight Mastery
Learn to control and strengthen your own body. Our calisthenics classes focus on everything from mastering pull ups and handstands to dynamic, ground based movements like Animal Flow, all under the guidance of certified coaches.
Functional Strength & Conditioning
These sessions are the heart of what we do. We use a mix of traditional strength training with barbells and dumbbells, CrossFit inspired workouts, and HIIT to build practical strength that serves you in and out of the gym.
Core & Stability Training
A strong core is the foundation of all movement. We use a variety of tools including TRX suspension trainers and stability balls to challenge your balance and build deep core strength in a fun, unstable environment.
