Prepare for your next race with specific conditioning drills, running intervals, and race-day simulations that build the endurance and strength you need to compete.

The finish line of a Hyrox race, where all the hard work pays off. This is our community in action, competing and supporting each other through every burpee broad jump and sled push.

A glimpse into our Hyrox training sessions. We simulate race conditions with exercises like wall balls, weighted lunges, and running intervals to build the specific strength and stamina needed.

This is the grind. Our Hyrox prep includes a mix of burpees, weighted lunges, assault bike sprints, and sled pushes, all coached with an emphasis on pacing and technique.

One rep at a time. I am here to personally guide you, ensuring your form on exercises like the sled push is perfect to maximize power and prevent injury.

It doesn't get easier, you just get stronger. A client demonstrates incredible grit performing weighted lunges with a sandbag, a key exercise for building leg strength for Hyrox.

Guts over talent. This is the mindset we cultivate for Hyrox. Here, a member tackles sandbag lunges, showing the mental and physical toughness we build in our classes.

The work you do when no one is watching shows up on race day. A member performs farmer's walks with heavy dumbbells, a staple in our Hyrox program for building grip strength and core stability.

Pressure creates power. A client performs wall balls, a classic CrossFit and Hyrox movement that builds explosive power in the legs and shoulders.

About Hyrox Race Preparation

The main difference between a regular gym workout and our Hyrox prep is the pacing. We don't just lift heavy; we train you to transition between stations like the sled push or wall balls with minimal rest, mimicking actual race conditions so you don't burn out on the course. You will learn to manage your heart rate and maintain technique even when your legs feel like lead.
