What Strength Means To Us
At The Fit Nation, strength & functional training is more than just picking up heavy weights. We see it as a way to build confidence, move better, and feel good every day. Progress here is slow and steady - no quick fixes or crash programs.
Mix of Training Styles
Boredom? Yaak (no chance). Our workouts are always fresh. We mix up:
- Classic lifts like squats, deadlifts, bench (with focus on form)
- Functional fitness workouts - tire flips, sledgehammer, battle ropes. Real life strength training for outside the gym.
- Bodyweight strength progression - pull-ups, push-ups, handstands, and the mad plank challenge events for everyone.
Expert Guidance
Your coaches aren’t just any trainers. Mr. Asia Arshad Muhammed leads our crew, bringing years of experience as a certified celebrity coach and pro athlete. He’s got the creds: USPA-PL, NESTA, ISSA, nutrition and comp prep - you’re in safe hands, even if you’re new or have an old injury acting up.
PT or Group - You Decide
Some like one-on-one sessions for that extra push, some thrive in group strength sessions. Either way, you get a plan that suits your goals, not just some copy-paste workout.

We’re not those serious, brooding types. Our gym’s full of good energy, loud laughs, and folks who cheer each other on. Doesn’t matter if you’re just starting out or a regular - here, we all sweat jotheyagi (together).

My Story
We’re The Fit Nation, not just another gym in RT Nagar. Our thing? Turning workouts into a real family scene. Challenges, Bring a Friend days, and those Bolly Aerobics and Zumba classes – people just let loose and dance! Mr. Asia, Arshad Muhammed, keeps us all on track. And yeah, we’re proud Kannadigas – ‘Ellaru iru entaadaru iru, endendiguu nii kannadavaagiru’ (wherever, however, always be a Kannadiga). That’s how we roll here.
