Quarterly Strength & Functional Membership
Training Zones
- Strength Floor: Unlimited access to the 3rd-floor gym featuring a mix of Technogym and Jerai Fitness equipment, including heavy-duty plates and cable stations.
- Rooftop Functional Area: Open-air zone with artificial turf equipped with tractor tires (60-80kg), sledgehammers, battle ropes, and pull-up bars.
- Cardio Section: Use of treadmills, ellipticals, and spin bikes.
Amenities
- Recovery: Access to steam room facilities (subject to slot availability).
- Convenience: Daily use of lockers and separate changing rooms with showers.
- General Support: Floor trainers available for basic machine instructions and safety spotting.
Validity
- Duration: Valid for 90 days from the start date.
- Hours: Full access during all operational hours (morning and evening shifts).
Monthly Group X & Functional Class Pass
Class Formats
- Cardio & Dance: High-energy Zumba and Bolly Aerobics sessions for endurance.
- Strength & Conditioning: Body Pump and Functional Circuit training using light weights and high reps.
- Mind & Body: Yoga sessions focused on flexibility and core recovery.
- Combat: Kickboxing drills and combat sports basics.
Studio Facilities
- Environment: Dedicated wooden-floored studio with mirrored walls and high-wattage sound system.
- Equipment Provided: Usage of yoga mats, aerobic steppers, light dumbbells, and resistance bands.
Terms
- Access: Unlimited entry to daily scheduled classes (morning and evening slots).
- Guidance: All sessions led by certified group instructors.
1-on-1 Personal Strength Coaching
Coaching Structure
- Sessions: 12 dedicated 1-on-1 sessions per month (3 days per week frequency).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session with a certified Strength Coach.
- Supervision: Real-time spotting and form correction to maximize safety and lift intensity.
Customization & Tracking
- Programming: Tailored workout plans for Hypertrophy (muscle gain), Functional Strength, or Weight Loss.
- Metrics: Monthly body composition analysis (BMI, Fat %, Muscle Mass).
- Nutrition: Basic diet charting and supplement advice aligned with training goals.

Your coaches aren’t just any trainers. Mr. Asia Arshad Muhammed leads our crew, bringing years of experience as a certified celebrity coach and pro athlete. He’s got the creds: USPA-PL, NESTA, ISSA, nutrition and comp prep - you’re in safe hands, even if you’re new or have an old injury acting up.
PT or Group - You Decide
Some like one-on-one sessions for that extra push, some thrive in group strength sessions. Either way, you get a plan that suits your goals, not just some copy-paste workout.
