I’m not here to sell shortcuts. Fitness is tough, but feeling tired and unhealthy is tougher. My approach is all about steady progress, not chasing perfection. Motivation comes and goes, but sticking with it is what actually works.

My Story
Fitness with us is not just about sweating in a gym. We started The ಬೆಟ್ಟ Trail (The Betta Trail) to get folks out, climbing hills, finding themselves on rocky paths. Team Shushanth is all about community - we run, trek, and train together. Watching someone go from losing a few kilos to smashing the TCS 10k, that’s our high. Nature teaches, and every step up a betta (hill) is a lesson. We’re here for body, mind, and a bit of adventure.
