Training Venue & Schedule
- Location: Sessions held outdoors at Kittur Rani Chennamma Stadium, Jayanagar.
- Infrastructure: Usage of stadium tracks for running and concrete steps/courts for conditioning. Note: Outdoor environment without AC or changing rooms.
- Timing: Sessions run Monday through Saturday, typically 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM.
- Group Size: Large group format (15+ members) designed for high community accountability.
Workout Structure
- Run Conditioning: Interval training, tempo runs, and uphill drills specifically for 5K/10K preparation.
- Strength Drills: Bodyweight conditioning (squats, pushups), plyometric jump drills, and stadium stair climbing.
- Equipment: Shared team gear including agility ladders, hurdles, battle ropes, and slam balls.
Coaching Style
- Method: Vocal, high-energy "tough love" coaching style with public motivation.
- Supervision: Visual monitoring of running form and posture during group drills.
1-on-1 Private Home Training
Session Logistics
- Format: 60-minute private personal training sessions.
- Frequency: 12 sessions per month (typically 3 sessions per week).
- Location: Coach travels to your home or terrace (South Bangalore specific).
- Equipment: Utilization of client's home gear or creative use of household items (chairs, water bottles) combined with coach's portable resistance tools.
Custom Programming
- Personalization: Routines tailored to specific constraints such as injury rehab, post-pregnancy, or joint pain.
- Instruction: Hands-on tactile correction for every repetition to ensure safety and muscle engagement.
Integrated Nutrition
- Diet Strategy: "Quantified Nutrition" planning based on measuring macros using standard home-cooked Indian food (Roti, Sabzi, Curd).
- Monitoring: Daily review of food plate photos via WhatsApp to ensure compliance.
Remote Diet & Workout Mentorship
Diet & Nutrition Plans
- Chart Creation: Custom nutrition plan based on TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) calculations.
- Food Choices: Plans focus on South Indian staples (Rice, Ragi, Dal) adjusted for portion and protein ratios without requiring separate "diet food."
Training Deliverables
- Workout Schedules: PDF or text-based routines designed for either Gym or Home setups based on equipment availability.
- Activity Targets: Specific daily goals for NEAT (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis), such as mandatory step counts.
- Form Review: Clients submit videos of exercises for asynchronous feedback and correction via text/voice notes.
Accountability System
- Daily Tracking: Mandatory submission of food photos and step tracker screenshots via WhatsApp.
- Weekly Review: One scheduled check-in per week to analyze progress (weight/measurements) and adjust the plan.

Team Shushanth is all about community - we run, trek, and train together. Watching someone go from losing a few kilos to smashing the TCS 10k, that’s our high. Nature teaches, and every step up a betta (hill) is a lesson. We’re here for body, mind, and a bit of adventure.
