If you can walk normally after leg day, you need to train harder. Our leg day sessions are tough and effective, incorporating heavy barbell squats, hip thrusts, and goblet squats.

Embracing the burn with kettlebells. Our classes incorporate dynamic kettlebell movements like swings, goblet squats, and lunges to build explosive power and muscular endurance.

This is a look at our legs and mobility training. We combine strength exercises like kettlebell step ups and banded glute bridges with mobility work to ensure a balanced and healthy lower body.

About Functional Strength & Conditioning

Our group batches are limited to 15 members to ensure you actually get the form correction you need, rather than just blending into the crowd. We focus on movement mechanics before we add weight, whether you are picking up a kettlebell for the first time or refining your barbell deadlift.

Functional fitness here is about what your body can do, not just how it looks. We move away from the standard gym routine by using compound movements that challenge your strength, endurance, and mobility all at once.

We have built a dedicated space in Model Town, Delhi, equipped with the tools for real work. We use ATE Olympic barbells, hex dumbbells, and high-density rubber flooring so you can train with intensity safely.
