Peace can be found anywhere. Here I am taking a moment to meditate even while on a flight. I teach my clients that mindfulness is a practice you can carry with you throughout your day.
A client shares her deeply moving experience from one of my meditation sessions. She was able to connect with her parents who are in heaven, a feeling she describes as incredibly peaceful and healing. This is why I call my studio a healing space.
This is a poster for a free one-month meditation session I offered. These sessions are designed to help relieve stress, depression, and anxiety, and are open to all women, both online and offline.
I was honored to conduct a yoga and laughter therapy session for the Brahma Kumaris. Spreading joy and peace through movement and laughter is a beautiful experience.

I don't just teach poses; I create a space where you can safely offload. Whether you are carrying grief, chronic stress, or just need a moment of quiet, we use a mix of laughter therapy and guided meditation to help you breathe again. It is a judgment-free zone where you can just show up as you are, and we work on clearing the mental clutter together.
More Than Just a Workout
People often come to me thinking fitness is only about the scale. But real transformation happens when you start healing from the inside. I’ve seen women come into my studio—or join online from their homes—carrying the weight of a busy household, work stress, and sometimes deep emotional pain. My meditation and healing sessions are designed to help you release that.
My Approach to Healing
- Laughter Therapy: Sometimes the best medicine is simply letting go. We practice intentional laughter to break down barriers and release happy hormones. It’s not about having a reason to laugh; it’s about giving your body permission to feel light.
- Guided Meditation: I guide you through sessions that help with stress, anxiety, and finding focus. We don't do 'fancy' meditation. We do real, relatable sessions that fit into your day.
- Affirmations & Connection: In my studio, and even during my sessions with groups like the Brahma Kumaris, I focus on the power of connection—connecting with yourself and with a community that understands you.

I’ve had clients walk in feeling completely drained and leave with a sense of peace they haven't felt in years. We’ve worked through everything from navigating loss to managing daily anxiety. I’m not a therapist, but I am your fitness didi, and I know that when your mind feels fresh, your body follows.
