Yoga Classes in Paschim Vihar Studio
Step into our Paschim Vihar studio where we combine traditional techniques with modern guidance to help you find balance, strength, and inner calm.
Personal attention is key to progress. Here, I am assisting a student to safely deepen her split, ensuring correct alignment to prevent injury and improve flexibility.
We use props like yoga blocks to make challenging poses accessible and safe. This student is using blocks to support her in Hanumanasana (the splits), allowing her to gradually build flexibility.
In our studio, every student's journey is important. I provide hands-on adjustments, like in this seated forward bend, to help deepen the stretch and ensure the posture is beneficial, not harmful.
A few minutes of dedicated practice each day can bring a sense of peace that lasts all day. This video shows our students in a forward fold, releasing tension from their backs and calming their minds.
The Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutation, is a complete body workout that we practice regularly. It warms up the body, increases circulation, and connects breath with movement, preparing the mind and body for deeper asanas.
Our classes are more than just poses; they are about discovering your power, balance, and capacity for healing. Here, you can see students of different ages and levels exploring their potential.
This student demonstrates a beautiful Eka Pada Rajakapotasana (One-Legged King Pigeon Pose), a deep backbend and hip opener that requires both strength and flexibility.
Finding inner calm is the ultimate goal. A student is captured in a moment of quiet meditation, demonstrating that yoga is a journey inward.
The Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend) is a powerful pose for calming the brain and stretching the spine and hamstrings. It's a staple in our classes for stress relief.
The Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel Pose) is an energizing backbend that opens the chest and strengthens the entire body. This student shows great form and spinal flexibility.
About Our Studio Classes in Paschim Vihar
In our studio, we use props like wall ropes and yoga wheels to make postures safer and more effective. If you have been struggling to hold a pose or worried about injury, these tools allow you to find the correct alignment at your own pace without the unnecessary strain.
Why Our Studio Approach Works
Yoga is not just about stretching; it is about building a connection with your breath and body. In our Paschim Vihar space, we focus on the traditional Guru-Shishya approach, which means I provide personal attention to every student. Whether you are a beginner or looking to advance your practice, you get corrections that ensure your movements are beneficial, not harmful.
What You Get In Each Session
- Structured Practice: Our 60-minute sessions are carefully planned. We start with warm-ups, move into asanas for strength and flexibility, and end with relaxation to calm the mind.
- Prop-Based Learning: We use bricks, straps, and wall ropes (Kurunta Yoga) to help you deepen stretches and master difficult inversions safely.
- Personal Guidance: I do not just demonstrate poses from the front. I walk around, give hands-on adjustments, and ensure you are safe.
Staying Consistent
Consistency is the real challenge in yoga. We offer batches ranging from 3 to 6 days a week to help you build a routine that fits your lifestyle. Beyond the mat, we also provide general diet charts to support your weight management goals. My focus is simple: teach you small habits that lead to big health changes.
