About Our Studio Classes: Energy & Progress

Unlike gyms where you rush through sets, our studio sessions (15–25 people) focus on holding poses correctly. Every session includes a mix of Hatha for foundation and Power Yoga for intensity, but we always end with Pranayama and meditation. You don't need to be flexible to start; you just need to show up, and the props—like blocks and wheels—are already here to help you bridge that gap.

At Anubhuti Yog, we believe that yoga is an 'anubhuti'—a personal experience of purity. We are not here to push you into painful poses or force you to compete. Whether you are a beginner, a senior citizen, or someone returning to fitness after a long break, we guide you at your own pace.

What to Expect

  • Diverse Flow: We keep things interesting. You will switch between the steady foundation of Hatha Yoga and the high-energy movements of Power Yoga. Once a week, we throw in Zumba or Dance Fitness to keep the mood light and the cardio high.
  • Total Wellbeing: A class is not just about sweat. We dedicate specific time to Pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. This is where you actually untangle the daily stress from your mind.
  • Studio Setup: Our Indirapuram and Vivek Vihar spaces are built for focus. We have wooden flooring, wall-to-wall mirrors, and all the props you need—mats, blocks, and belts—so you can travel light.
