About Our Studio Classes: Energy & Progress

Unlike gyms where you rush through sets, our studio sessions (15–25 people) focus on holding poses correctly. Every session includes a mix of Hatha for foundation and Power Yoga for intensity, but we always end with Pranayama and meditation. You don't need to be flexible to start; you just need to show up, and the props—like blocks and wheels—are already here to help you bridge that gap.
