High-Rise and Vertical Community Architecture
We are rethinking high-rise living by moving beyond standard apartments to create neighborhoods in the sky. Our designs integrate sky-parks, private garden terraces, and elevated pedestrian streets to restore the sense of community found on the ground.
This animation introduces "Ah! Sky!", our 52 storey luxury apartment project. It showcases the unique, staggered facade that gives each unit a private outdoor space, and the vibrant retail and restaurant spaces that activate the building at multiple levels.

This is our competition entry for the SLN Tower, a mixed use high rise in Hyderabad. The design integrates a hotel, retail, offices, and a rooftop pub, with a bold facade that blends reflective and transparent elements.

About this collection
When we design a high-rise, we do not simply stack floor plates. We prioritize the 'porous ground plane' and staggered balcony designs, which effectively treat every unit as a private villa with its own garden, rather than just another balcony. This approach mitigates the isolation often felt in dense urban developments by maintaining a constant, visible connection to nature and shared public space.
High-rise living often suffers from a lack of social cohesion. We address this by incorporating 'Vertical Village' concepts into our master planning. This means placing amenities like two-acre parks, convenience stores, and wellness centers not just at the ground level, but at altitude, often on the 40th floor or above.
We focus on massing and zoning that maximizes natural ventilation and solar orientation, reducing reliance on mechanical cooling. By creating pedestrian streets at height, we ensure that residents can interact, walk, and socialize without ever needing to descend to the ground floor.
Whether it is the 52-storey 'Ah! Sky!' project or our competition-winning SLN Tower design, our approach to facade engineering uses climate filters like mesh screens to manage heat and light. We do not believe in standard apartments; we believe in 'sky villas.' This requires complex structural detailing, including cantilevered blocks and light steel frames, all of which we integrate into our full architectural documentation, from GFC drawings to BOQ preparation. We work with clients to ensure that every decision, from the FSI efficiency to the wayfinding signage, contributes to a cohesive, sustainable vertical ecosystem.
