We design workspaces that function as ecosystems for innovation. Our approach strips away superficial trends to prioritize natural light, circulation, and the genuine functional needs of the people using the space.

The ground level of this tech campus is designed as an inclusive community space. A large water feature and shaded walkways create a serene environment with restaurants and amenities, blurring the line between a private office campus and a public urban plaza.

We believe in integrating our buildings with the natural landscape. This view of the Bagmane tech campus shows how the curved glass facade reflects the surrounding trees and water, creating a harmonious relationship between the built and natural environments.

This is the "Beacon," a striking architectural centerpiece for the ePositive net positive energy research campus near Hyderabad. Elevated 40 meters in the sky, this 30 meter diameter structure is a bold expression of innovation in energy storage and sustainability.

At the Amara Raja net positive campus, we designed spaces that seamlessly integrate nature with cutting edge science. A covered walkway curves around a naturalistic water body, providing a space for researchers to connect and reflect, fostering a culture of innovation.

The design of the ePositive campus emphasizes porous, open spaces. This view shows the interplay between the modern research labs and the natural water features, creating a tranquil yet intellectually stimulating environment for scientists and researchers.

The 'C Lab' at the ePositive campus is part of a larger design that connects multiple buildings with walkways and green spaces. This approach encourages movement and collaboration between different research departments, breaking down traditional silos.

This video documents a major construction milestone for the ePositive Net Zero Project. It shows the successful placement of the second set of 6 meter tall rings for the 40 meter tall "Beacon," a complex engineering feat that brings our design to life.

For this 140 meter office tower in Hyderabad, we focused on the ground plane as a critical interface with the city. We believe this is where a building truly engages the community, so we designed it as a mixed use urban plaza with retail, gardens, and public amenities.

This speculative office building in Visakhapatnam features a robust and uncomplicated design. The strong vertical and horizontal lines of the facade create a timeless aesthetic, while the ground level is designed for retail and food and beverage to activate the streetscape.

A detail of the facade for the Visakhapatnam office building. The deep-set windows and concrete grid provide passive shading, reducing heat gain while allowing ample natural light. The integrated planters bring greenery into the vertical plane of the building.

About Corporate & Tech Campuses

When we design a campus, we do not start with the aesthetic form; we start by mapping human circulation. Whether we are planning a slim atrium for a software office or a large-scale research campus, our focus is on creating physical nodes that naturally pull people together. You will not find decorative facades here, but structural elements that double as collaboration zones, engineered to be as efficient as they are enduring.
