About this collection
Our approach to high-rise housing shifts the focus from simple floor-area-ratio calculations to the quality of the shared human experience. By implementing elevated podiums that separate pedestrian traffic from vehicles, we create safe, green zones that encourage neighbourly interaction, ensuring that high-density living retains a sense of scale and belonging.
For large-scale residential projects, the design challenge lies in maintaining comfort as we increase vertical density. We utilize modular planning to ensure that every apartment unit benefits from cross-ventilation and natural light, reducing reliance on artificial cooling.
Our process begins with rigorous context analysis. We study local wind patterns and solar paths to orient towers, which significantly lowers heat gain. By using BIM (Revit) modeling at LOD 300, we manage complex MEP services and structural beam layouts to ensure precision during construction, minimizing errors on-site.
We don't just plan buildings; we master plan ecosystems. At projects like Serein, this meant linking 600 homes with a central urban park that anchors the entire development. Our technical packages for group housing include full master planning, podium landscape integration, and the creation of detailed GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, including facade glazing and staircase layouts. We ensure the transition from concept to execution through scheduled milestone supervision at critical construction phases, from plinth to terrace, to maintain the integrity of the original design vision.
