We believe a home should be a quiet sanctuary, not a collection of trends. Our architecture blurs the line between inside and outside to create spaces that breathe and stand the test of time.

A view down the central street of Aranya Villas, where families can walk and children can play. The design prioritizes pedestrian friendly spaces and a strong connection to nature, creating a safe and serene community environment.

This small weekend retreat is designed to be private, quiet, and reclusive. The minimalist, neutral architecture, with its clean lines and large glass openings, steps back to allow the lush garden and bamboo grove to become the main feature.

The outdoor living space of the weekend retreat. A simple stone and concrete table and benches sit under the shade of a mature tree, creating a perfect spot for quiet contemplation or a meal with family, fully immersed in the landscape.

The transparent facade of the weekend retreat. The floor to ceiling glass walls dissolve the boundary between the living space and the garden, allowing the residents to feel connected to nature even when they are indoors.

The approach to the weekend retreat is through a tree lined driveway, creating a sense of arrival and separation from the outside world. The simple, white, box like form of the house stands in quiet contrast to the vibrant colors of the landscape.

This clubhouse for a gated community in Hyderabad is conceived as an oasis. A light steel structure with a simple, flexible layout hovers over the landscape, with all spaces oriented towards a shallow water body and garden.

The design of the clubhouse blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces. A wooden deck extends over a shallow water body, connecting the interior to the landscape, while an open staircase leads to the upper level.

A view of the clubhouse from the garden. The building is composed of floating horizontal planes and a solid stone core, creating a dynamic composition that is both light and grounded. The design allows for various color schemes to be explored.

An alternate color scheme for the clubhouse, rendered in all white. This version emphasizes the purity of the form and its relationship to the landscape, creating a serene and minimalist aesthetic.

The semi-enclosed outdoor lounge area of the clubhouse. This space is protected by a large overhang but remains open to the elements, providing a comfortable place for residents to gather and socialize in the heart of the community.

About Private Homes & Retreats

We approach every home as an exercise in reduction, not accumulation. Our site-specific process begins with a rigorous analysis of your land, solar orientation, and wind patterns, ensuring the building works with its environment rather than fighting it. When we design for you, we prioritize structural integrity and material honesty over decorative trends, creating a Vastu-compliant, minimalist residence that feels like a natural extension of the landscape.
