Our design process begins with site zoning to maximize usable space while respecting local environmental norms. Whether we are planning high-density apartment blocks or integrating vertical gardens into high-rise facades, we prioritize circulation and community interaction in every layout.
Great high-rise design is a balance between technical efficiency and human experience. We do not view a residential complex as a standalone tower, but as a neighborhood that must connect with its surroundings. Our master planning services focus on site orientation to reduce heat gain and optimize floor space index (FSI) without compromising on open areas.
In projects like 'Villa on Sky,' we introduced vertical gardens that climb the building exterior, turning the facade into a living feature. For larger developments such as 'Casagrand Sun City,' we employed Roman-inspired landscaping principles to organize sprawling grounds into distinct zones, creating orderly, functional spaces for recreation and movement.
