This residence is designed as a tranquil retreat, with clean lines, natural materials, and expansive glass walls that dissolve the boundary between the interior and the lush landscape, creating a space of simple, functional elegance.
We design workplaces that foster innovation and connection with nature. This tech campus features elevated, curving podiums that create a vibrant public realm for tenants, while the ground level offers restaurants, amenities, and serene water features, setting a new standard for work life harmony.
For the Telangana High Court, we designed a space that is monumental yet unassuming, and dignified without being intimidating. The structure, reflected in the calm water, embodies progress and the enduring values of justice, respecting the institution while embracing the future.
We are redefining high rise living with our "villas in the sky" concept. This upward view of the 'Ah! Sky!' tower showcases our vision for vertical communities, where each residence has its own private green space, creating a neighborhood that reaches for the sky.
Our design for Aranya Villas in Hyderabad, which means forest, is a seamless story flowing from architecture to landscape. The tree lined street creates a modern, minimal, and luxurious setting rooted in the feeling of being surrounded by nature, fostering a strong sense of community.
Collaboration is the heart of innovation. The grand atrium staircase in our ePositive campus is designed not just for movement, but as a tiered seating area to foster spontaneous interaction, bathed in natural light to create a serene and inspiring environment.
Our ambitious designs are grounded in the reality of construction. This image shows the "Beacon" for the ePositive research campus taking shape, a 40 meter tall centerpiece that is a testament to our commitment to turning bold architectural visions into tangible structures.

For our campus projects, we spend months on sun path analysis and wind patterns before a single wall is positioned. This ensures our designs remain comfortable and energy-efficient without relying on excessive climate control systems.

We integrate thermal efficiency through massing and orientation, use natural stone and exposed concrete, and design for longevity.
