Why I Teach Yoga
Yoga isn’t just a series of stretches for me - it’s what I turn to when my head’s all over the place and I need to slow down. I care less about perfect poses and more about helping you find some sanity in the chaos.
How I Guide You
- It starts with breathwork in yoga - anchoring your mind with every inhale and exhale.
- No shortcuts, no magic tricks. Building consistency is the only way this practice sticks.
- I pay close attention to form, so you’re safe and actually get the full benefit.
What My Classes Feel Like
I run Yoga flow classes, where breath and movement get linked up. The vibe is chilled out - a clean, modern studio that feels more like a sanctuary than a gym. You’ll get space to switch off from notifications and tune in to yourself for a bit.
What You’ll Work On
- Mindful movement practice: every session blends movement and mindfulness, so you leave feeling a bit lighter in your head.
- Flexibility and mobility - I help you work out the stiffness and get moving in ways that actually help day-to-day.
- Building core strength with yoga: lots of basics, like Warrior and Plank, for balance and stability.
