Mindful Yoga and Flow Classes
At Stay Fit, yoga is your dedicated time to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with yourself. We focus on movement, breath, and building a consistent practice that actually clears your head.
This is what my yoga flow classes are all about: linking breath and movement to build strength, find balance, and create a sense of well being. I guide you through each sequence, from a grounding Tree Pose to a powerful Chaturanga and an opening Wild Thing.
My approach to yoga is built on this simple truth. It’s not just a workout for the body, but a practice to quiet the mind and nourish the soul. I help you find the harmony between all three.
Here’s a glimpse into one of our group sessions. We move together, focusing on control, consistency, and finding a sense of calm. You'll see us working on core strength with poses like Chair Pose and finding release in Child's Pose.
This is the beauty of a vinyasa flow. We move through a series of connected asanas, like this sequence featuring a Low Lunge, a powerful core-engaging pose, and a deep backbend, to build heat and improve flexibility.
These are the three pillars of my teaching method. I guide you to focus first on your breath, then on building consistency in your practice, and always on maintaining proper form to ensure you move safely and effectively.

- Improve Mobility: If you are stiff from sitting at a desk all day, our mobility work is designed to help you move more freely in your daily life.
