Food isn’t just about fitting into jeans or hitting some weight number. It’s about feeling calm, in control, and honestly, a bit happy with yourself. I don’t do strict diets that make you miserable. My thing is helping you build a chilled-out relationship with food that actually lasts.

Crash diets? Nah, they never work for long. I’m all about helping you set up real, sustainable eating habits. I look at everything - what you eat, how you move, sleep, stress, even what’s going on in your head. Wellness is more than counting calories, it’s the whole package.
