I incorporate the principles of yin and yang into my classes. We balance dynamic, energizing movements (yang) with deep, grounding holds (yin) to create a practice that is both strengthening and restorative.

This is the core of my philosophy. A healthy and balanced life starts by nurturing the connection between your body, mind, and soul. My classes provide the space to do just that.

Sometimes the most important exercise is simply to breathe. This guided box breathing animation is a tool I teach to help you calm your nervous system and center your mind, anytime and anywhere.

Your energy is your most valuable resource. I believe in filling your life with "energy givers," and my yoga classes are designed to be a source of exercise, self care, and meditation.

Our studio is designed to feel like a sanctuary, away from the traffic and the screens, so you can actually switch off. If you are struggling with stiffness, we integrate specific props like Pilates rings and foam rollers to assist your alignment and deepen your practice safely. It is about building sustainable, healthy habits rather than chasing quick fixes or aesthetic goals. Whether you are a beginner or looking to refine your asana practice, our trainers are there to ensure your form is safe and your progress is steady.
