A grounded mind is the goal of our practice. It means being rooted in stillness, rising without noise, and moving with intention. This is the calm and focus I help you cultivate.

I incorporate the principles of yin and yang into my classes. We balance dynamic, energizing movements (yang) with deep, grounding holds (yin) to create a practice that is both strengthening and restorative.

This is the core of my philosophy. A healthy and balanced life starts by nurturing the connection between your body, mind, and soul. My classes provide the space to do just that.
