Step away from city noise and immerse yourself in a traditional, residential yoga experience. We combine disciplined asana practice with deep spiritual study at our tranquil Ramanagar ashram.

Here, we gather for a fire ceremony, a sacred ritual to purify the mind and set intentions. The rising smoke carries our prayers, and the warmth of the flame connects us to the divine energy that flows through all of life. This is the spiritual heart of our training, a practice that goes far beyond physical postures.

I believe in guiding each student personally. Here, I am offering a gentle adjustment in a forward fold, helping the student to find space and release tension safely. My approach is to meet you where you are, with patience and support, so you can trust your body and deepen your practice without force.

You will arrive as a student, but you will leave as family. The bonds formed here are deep and lasting, built on shared meals, laughter, and the collective journey of growth. This is the community that will hold you, support you, and celebrate with you every step of the way.

We take our practice into the embrace of nature whenever we can. Here, I am leading a class in Virabhadrasana I (Warrior I Pose) in the ashram garden. Practicing outdoors reminds us that we are part of something larger than ourselves, grounding our energy and strengthening our spirit.
