About Featured
This 25-day residential training is a dedicated study of yoga as a life practice, not just a physical workout. You will be living in our shared dormitories, eating sattvic food, and following a full 5 AM to 9 PM daily schedule that includes practice, anatomy theory, and mandatory karma yoga service to keep you grounded in the ashram life.
Our 200-hour and 300-hour residential programs are built on the belief that yoga is a lifelong journey rather than a quick certification. When you join us in Ramanagar, you are not just learning sequences; you are adopting a rhythm. We focus heavily on Hatha and Multistyle asana, pranayama, and meditation, ensuring you understand the mechanics of the body and the art of teaching safely.
Life at the Ashram
Expect simple, humble living. You will stay in gender-segregated dormitories and share two sattvic, home-grown vegetarian meals daily. We do not have AC or luxuries, because we believe silence and simplicity are essential to disconnect from digital noise and reconnect with yourself.
Our Approach
We do not believe in 'pretzel' yoga. We believe in yoga that heals. Our curriculum covers:
- Core Training: 200 contact hours covering Hatha/Multistyle Asana and Philosophy.
- Anatomy & Alignment: Practical workshops to help you modify postures for any body type.
- Teaching Methodology: Building the confidence to guide others, even if you are just starting your own practice.
- Philosophy: Understanding the ancient texts and how to live a yogic life off the mat.
Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to refine your expertise, we meet you exactly where you are. By the end of these 25 days, you will leave with an internationally recognized certificate and the quiet confidence to teach from your own experience.
