About Your Transformation: Graduation & New Beginnings
Receiving your certificate here is not just about finishing a course, it is the outward mark of an inward shift. After four weeks of 5 AM starts, daily kriya practice, and living in our simple ashram rhythm, you leave with more than a teaching credential. You carry a new way of breathing, moving, and relating to the world that stays with you long after you leave the ashram gates.
Our graduation ceremony is always a milestone moment. Watching students arrive as seekers and leave as teachers is the heart of what we do at the ashram. This journey is intensive, requiring you to wake up before the birds, serve in the garden, and dive into the philosophy of yoga, not just the physical postures.
Whether you are completing our 200-hour residential program or deepening your practice with the 300-hour advanced training, the goal remains the same: self-discovery. We teach Hatha, Vinyasa, and the fundamentals of Ayurveda, ensuring that by the time you receive your certificate, you are not just reciting a sequence. You are embodying the practice.
We believe that a great teacher is first a dedicated student. That is why our curriculum prioritizes 'work-in' over workout. You will learn to guide others by first understanding your own body’s alignment, limitations, and potential. Our students leave not just with the ability to instruct a class, but with the confidence to hold space for others, just as we hold space for you during your month at our Ramanagar ashram.
