Yoga here is a life, not just a class. While our practice is deep and disciplined, our ashram is also filled with laughter, shared meals, and the vibrant color of celebration.

The pure joy of celebrating Holi, the festival of colors. Here, we let go of inhibitions, reconnect with our inner child, and paint our hearts with love and laughter.

About Moments of Joy & Celebration

We don't keep the ashram silent just for the sake of it; we use play—like festival celebrations or spontaneous group activities—as a tool for release. These aren't distractions from your training, but a vital part of it. When you let your guard down and laugh during a challenging Asana practice or a Holi gathering, you release the stress and mental blocks that often prevent you from truly connecting with the yoga philosophy we teach.
